Andrea is a former Special Education teacher with over 15 years of experience within the public school system.  She has collaborated with families and educators to meet student needs in a variety of settings - ranging from kindergarten to post-graduation/young adult support.

 Andrea is an advocate for both students and their families, as well as an optimistic proponent of our public school teachers, administrators, and staff.  As a parent of a student with an IEP, she understands the unique navigation required of parents as they begin - and continue - their journey through special education. Her lived experience, as an educator and parent, allows Andrea to provide families with the tools needed for positive problem-solving and productive collaboration.

From IEP/ARD support to executive functioning skill development to planning for post-graduation success, Andrea strives to individualize her support to meet the needs of each unique student through the development of goals that yield both observable and measurable results.
